Role Description

The Camp Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for overseeing the daily operations and organization of company camp facilities.

This role includes coordinating camp schedules, managing accommodation assignments, and ensuring camp rules, safety standards, and company policies are consistently followed.

The Camp Coordinator will supervise camp staff, monitor attendance and welfare of camp residents, and serve as a primary point of contact for questions, concerns, and incident reporting.

Responsibilities also include planning and supporting educational or engagement activities, maintaining accurate records and reports, and collaborating with HR, administration, and site management to address camp-related needs.

The role requires proactive communication, problem-solving, and a strong focus on creating a safe, respectful, and well-managed living environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in camp coordination or camp administration, with strong understanding of camp operations and resident management.
  • Demonstrated supervisory skills, including overseeing staff, delegating tasks, and monitoring performance.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals and handle sensitive issues professionally.
  • Background in education, training, or organizing structured activities, with the ability to support learning and engagement initiatives.
  • Experience working with children or young adults in a structured setting (such as camps, schools, or community programs) is an advantage, where applicable.
  • Proven organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work on-site in Dubai and respond to camp needs outside standard hours when required.
  • Knowledge of basic health, safety, and welfare regulations in camp or accommodation settings; first aid certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, email) for record-keeping and reporting.
  • Previous experience in facilities management, hospitality, or construction camp settings is preferred.
