Camp operations and welfare
- Ensure camp facilities are operating and maintained smoothly; supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and security.
- Inspect rooms, common areas, kitchens, and amenities; implement health, safety, hygiene, and fire safety protocols.
- Monitor resident well-being and arrange first aid or transport to clinics or hospitals during medical emergencies.
- Manage room allocations, occupancy, accommodation repairs, and utility use; reduce waste.
- Distribute company announcements, communicate work schedules, report attendance and absences, and maintain camp records.
- Coordinate daily worker transportation to project sites and report late departures or arrivals.
- Communicate camp rules and safety guidance, enforce company policies, and consult HR on disciplinary action.
- Resolve resident disputes, escalating serious issues to HR or management.
- Oversee waste management and recycling.
Language requirements
- Candidate should be proficient in Hindi and English.
