Role overview
Manage labor workforce and camp operations to support smooth day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with the HR Manager on renewals of labor documents, including residency visas, medical, insurance, and gate passes.
- Print and distribute the daily labor program and help evaluate labor performance.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager and arrange transportation to and from sites.
- Manage and supervise laborers living in the camp.
- Inspect the camp and report maintenance and other issues.
- Update room occupancy lists and monitor camp supplies weekly, including mattresses and bedsheets.
- Address labor concerns and urgent complaints; monitor and report absences.
- Support labor retention, a safe and healthy camp environment, fair treatment, and team-building activities.
Requirements
- Two years of camp boss experience in the UAE is required.
- English is required.
- A driving license is required.

- Work is in person.
