Role Overview
Support smooth management of the labour workforce and camp operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the HR Manager on renewal of labour documents, including residency visas, medical, insurance, and gate passes.
- Print and distribute the daily labour programme; assist the HR Manager in evaluating labour performance.
- Coordinate with the projects manager to support smooth operations and arrange transportation to and from sites.
- Manage and supervise labourers in camp.
- Inspect the camp and report maintenance and other camp issues.
- Update room occupancy lists and monitor weekly supplies such as mattresses and bedsheets.
- Address labour concerns and complaints urgently; monitor and provide absence reports.
- Support labour retention and sustain labour talent.
- Maintain a safe, healthy, and homely camp environment and ensure labourers are treated fairly.
- Provide feedback for team-building activities and understand labour needs and priorities.
Experience and Requirements
- At least 2 years of camp-boss experience in the UAE is required.
- English is required.
- A driving licence is required.
- Flexibility and multitasking are expected.
Work Location
- Work is in person.
