Job Requirements

  • Scheduling is currently TBD based on applications
  • Must have 1 year experience with call-taking or a comparable customer service based role
  • Must have an active NY State EMT card
  • Must be able to pass a 10 panel drug screening including THC
  • Must have excellent customer service skills and professionalism
  • Must have proactive communication skills and experience working with teams
  • Must be motivated to learn to dispatch in a high stress environment
  • Must have attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Experience with electronic medical records, medical billing processes, data entry, or insurance portals is a plus
