Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Support Representative located in Ajman.
The representative will be responsible for providing superior customer service and support, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records.
The role also involves offering efficient solutions and fostering positive relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service Representation and Customer Support
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and the ability to build positive relationships
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills to communicate effectively and empathetically
- Basic Computer Literacy, including familiarity with support software and systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Previous experience in customer service roles is advantageous
