Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Call Resolution Specialist for our on-site office in Ajman.
This role involves resolving customer inquiries and issues efficiently, delivering excellent support, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
The Call Resolution Specialist will handle customer calls, troubleshoot problems, provide accurate solutions, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
Continuous communication with team members and adherence to company standards are key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving and resolution skills to address customer inquiries effectively
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication with an emphasis on active listening
- Competence in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other technical tools
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Prior customer service or call center experience is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus but not mandatory
- Fluency in English is required, and additional languages are an advantage
- High level of attention to detail and a customer-centric attitude
