Role Summary
As a Call Center Representative, you'll be the first voice our guests hear.
You'll handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests across our brands, ensuring every interaction reflects our standard of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally and promptly
- Manage table reservations, modifications, and cancellations across multiple brands
- Handle guest complaints with empathy and escalate when needed
- Provide accurate information on menus, locations, operating hours, and promotions
- Log call details and guest feedback accurately into our systems
- Follow up on guest requests to ensure resolution
- Coordinate with branch teams to confirm bookings and special arrangements
- Meet call quality and response-time targets
- Handle multi-channel guest inquiries across phone, WhatsApp, social media, and email - maintaining a consistent tone and response quality on every channel
Requirements
- **Saudi National**
(mandatory)
- Fluent in Arabic; good command of English
- Strong communication and active-listening skills
- Customer-service mindset with patience under pressure
- Basic computer literacy (reservation systems, CRM, MS Office)
- Prior call center, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus
