Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team in the healthcare sector.

You will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, delivering exceptional service via phone, WhatsApp Business, and other digital communication channels.

This role is critical to maintaining the highest standards of patient support, operational efficiency, and compliance with medical industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, professional customer service in line with healthcare industry standards.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp Business chats, and other digital inquiries with accuracy and empathy.
  • Address customer questions, concerns, and complex queries promptly and effectively.
  • Use CRM systems, call center software, and API-integrated communication tools to manage interactions and document cases.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and deliver consistent service excellence.
  • Uphold strict standards of data protection, confidentiality, and compliance with medical industry regulations.
  • Follow established protocols and best practices to ensure a positive experience for every client.
  • Meet or exceed individual performance targets and key metrics (e.g., call quality, response time, resolution rate).

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role (experience in healthcare is a strong plus).
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp Business solutions and other digital communication channels is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and call center software.
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site team environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and compliance with healthcare data regulations.
  • High school diploma required; additional relevant training or education is an advantage.
