Overview

Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.

Provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.

De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customer, offering patient assistance and support.

Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or service.

Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in system.

Specific Accountabilities Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management.

Effectively handle all center systems/software.

Controlling work orders.
