Overview
Answer incoming calls from patients and visitors professionally and promptly.Provide information about hospital departments, doctors, services, and procedures.Schedule, reschedule, or cancel patient appointments.Handle patient inquiries regarding consultation timings, availability of doctors, and hospital facilities.Maintain accurate records of calls and patient information in the hospital system.Direct calls to appropriate departments when necessary.Handle emergency calls and escalate them to relevant departments quickly.Follow up with patients for appointment confirmations and reminders.Assist patients with complaints or concerns and escalate issues to supervisors when required.Ensure confidentiality of patient information as per hospital policies.
