Call Center Associate

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Previous experience in hospitality, healthcare, banking, retail, customer success, administrative support, contact centers, or concierge-style service is highly valued
• Strong computer skills and confidence learning new technology
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background check

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience during every interaction by phone, email, text, and online.
• Serve as a trusted first point of contact by listening to customer needs and providing personalized solutions.
• Build strong relationships with current and future service customers through proactive communication and follow-up.
• Answer incoming Service Department calls promptly and professionally while creating positive first impressions.
• Schedule service appointments efficiently while maximizing convenience for customers.
• Communicate with customers using their preferred method, including phone, text, and email.
• Follow up with customers to confirm appointments, answer questions, and ensure a seamless service experience.
• Partner closely with the Service Department to provide a consistent, high-quality customer experience from start to finish.
• Maintain accurate customer information within the CRM system to support effective communication and follow-up.
• Resolve customer questions with empathy, professionalism, and urgency.
• Continuously looks for opportunities to exceed customer expectations and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
