Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dedicated and customer focused Call Center Agent fluent in both Arabic and English. The candidate must be locally available in Qatar with 2 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and accurately.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times.

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in both Arabic and English.
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Call Center Agent.
  • Experience in Health Care Center is an Advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
