Key Responsibilities
- Handle
- inbound and outbound calls
- in a professional manner
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Maintain a high level of
- customer satisfaction
- Document all interactions in the system (CRM)
- Follow up with customers when required
- Meet
- daily/weekly call and performance targets
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Minimum
- 6 months – 2 years
- of customer service / call center experience
- Strong
- communication skills in English
- (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to handle high call volumes
- Good
- problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM systems
Preferred Skills
- Experience in
- banking / telecom / retail call centers
- Ability to handle
- difficult customers calmly
- Good listening and interpersonal skills
