Seeking an experienced Café General Manager to lead operations and help shape the next stage of growth.
The role develops practical plans and measurable results while maintaining the community café concept.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across café locations, maintaining service, food quality, and customer experience.
- Lead, train, and develop managers and team members.
- Review sales, costs, margins, and financial reports; act to improve performance.
- Prepare budgets, business plans, and growth strategies.
- Identify opportunities for locations, catering, partnerships, and events.
- Build supplier and industry relationships; improve systems while preserving the café concept and customer experience.
Requirements
- 7–10 years in café and restaurant management, including team leadership and responsibility for more than one business area.
- Strong knowledge of café operations, financial reporting, cost control, budgeting, and business planning.
- Ability to develop and execute strategy; sound judgment, ownership, and independent problem-solving.
- Strong network and knowledge of Qatar’s hospitality market.
- Genuine interest in hospitality, specialty coffee, and concept-led businesses.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 4,000–8,021.38 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
