Café Specialist / Café Attendant
About This Role
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and service-oriented Café Specialist / Café Attendant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering excellent guest service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide attentive, courteous service
- Prepare and serve beverages and light café items
- Maintain cleanliness of the café, seating areas, counters, and service stations
- Assist with basic barista duties, minimum food prep and café setup
- Provide beverage service to patients in the waiting lounge or designated treatment rooms
- Support the discreet and timely delivery of post-treatment refreshments
- Assist with merchandising, stocking, and inventory organization
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food handling standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in a café and coffee shop environment is an advantage
- Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage
- Customer-focused with a warm and professional attitude
- Well-presented, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Follow operational and hygiene standards
