About Us

Bybit Pay Risk Strategy Design

• Lead the overall design and continuous evolution of risk strategies for the Bybit Pay ecosystem, covering key risk categories such as transaction risk, fund flow risk, abnormal user behavior, and potential abuse scenarios.
• Based on Bybit Pay's business characteristics and fund movement paths, define clear risk rules, thresholds, and decision logic, specifying appropriate control actions for different risk levels.
• Proactively identify and segment risk exposure while maintaining business usability and user experience, enabling early-stage risk detection rather than reactive controls.

Risk Analysis & Strategy Optimization

• Conduct systematic risk analysis using transaction data, fund flows, abnormal behaviors, and historical risk events to identify key risk drivers and amplification points.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of existing risk controls across different scenarios, identifying false positives, false negatives, and coverage gaps, and continuously optimize strategy combinations.
• Design fallback and contingency strategies in advance for high-frequency risk scenarios or potential systemic risks, enhancing overall risk resilience.

Strategy Implementation & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Bybit Pay Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to drive system-level implementation and automation of risk strategies, ensuring stable execution and effective monitoring.
• Translate operational pain points, representative cases, and abnormal behavior paths into structured, actionable strategy enhancement proposals, providing continuous input for strategy iteration.
• Deeply participate in risk assessments for new features, new usage scenarios, and business expansion initiatives, embedding risk control capabilities into business workflows from the outset to ensure secure and controlled launches.

Education

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields preferred.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in payment risk, or risk strategy-related roles.
• Experience with payment products, wallets, trading platforms, or fintech environments is strongly preferred.
• Soft skills
• Strong logical reasoning and high risk sensitivity, with the ability to quickly identify payment risk behaviors, reconstruct risk paths, and summarize risk characteristics.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, able to clearly articulate risk requirements and drive alignment and execution across teams.
• Strong interest in the payment risk domain, with a continuous learning mindset and close attention to emerging technologies, new business models, and regulatory trends.
• Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and resilient under pressure, with the ability to perform effectively in high-intensity and complex environments.
