Role overview

Join the Commercial Growth & Strategy team, reporting to the Head of Demand Generation.

Lead firmwide programmes for priority senior buyers, starting with the Finance Leaders Programme for CFOs.

The role balances strategy and hands-on delivery, with scope to expand programmes to additional buyer groups.

A successful existing buyer programme provides a template to learn from and develop.

What you’ll do

  • Own priority buyer programmes and help determine which audience groups come next.
  • Develop audience-first standards and personas used across the firm.
  • Advise go-to-market leads on audience messaging and channels, including tailored sector or service-line versions.
  • Chair editorial and advisory boards and steer audience themes, research and content.
  • Lead programme insight, including a twice-yearly buyer barometer, and brief the Campaigns team.
  • Prioritise campaign requests, contribute audience priorities to firmwide planning and review nurture performance.
  • Identify coverage gaps, support follow-up of warm interest and help BD teams identify in-market buyers.
  • Build partner and director awareness of the programmes and how to use them.

Essential experience

  • Experience running an audience, account-based marketing or buyer programme across multiple business lines.
  • Confidence influencing senior stakeholders without formal authority.

Additional experience welcomed

  • Experience in professional services, financial services or another regulated environment is beneficial.
  • Experience creating adopted personas and messaging from audience research, and writing delivery-ready briefs, is beneficial.
  • CRM reporting and programme attribution experience is beneficial; Microsoft Dynamics is a bonus, not essential.
  • Research, analytical, presentation and consultative collaboration skills are welcomed.

Working arrangement

  • Hybrid role based at any UK office.
  • Spend one to two days a week with stakeholders, often in London, and somewhat more frequently at the start.

Benefits

  • Package includes development programmes and coaching, flexible bank holidays, pension, life assurance, private medical cover, holiday purchasing and other health and shopping benefits.
