Role overview

Personal service and lifestyle management

• Anticipate and meet the needs of family members and guests through discreet, personalized service.
• Coordinate luggage, packing, unpacking, belongings inventories, arrivals, transfers, and travel requirements.
• Coordinate menus, dietary preferences, and premium food sourcing with the private chef.
• Research and recommend wellness services, lifestyle solutions, technology, and premium experiences.

Household staff coordination

• Coordinate housekeepers, gardeners, technicians, and other household personnel with the House Manager.
• Allocate tasks, monitor performance, assist with scheduling, and maintain household team communication.
• Inspect residences for presentation, cleanliness, and readiness for the Principals.

Property and travel oversight

• Monitor heating, air conditioning, ventilation, electricity, and water systems; maintain household supply and linen inventories.
• Identify maintenance issues, coordinate contractors, and report concerns to the House Manager.
• Prepare residences before arrivals and secure them after departures, including closure and security procedures.
• Accompany the family on trips and coordinate travel needs; work with travel staff, assistants, and local household teams.
• Make advance visits and remain after departures when required to prepare or close residences.

Candidate profile

• Proven Butler, Senior Butler, or comparable senior private-household service experience.
• Experience in large private residences, ideally 800 m² or more, with high service standards and multiple household staff.
• Excellent professional butler-service and private-household operations knowledge; strong organizational, coordination, and staff-supervision skills.
• Familiarity with modern home technology, smart-home systems, and residential engineering is desirable.
• Interest in wellness, premium lifestyle services, and continuous service improvement.
• Exceptional attention to detail, emotional intelligence, tact, and discretion.
• Must be flexible to travel internationally and work a two-weeks-on/two-weeks-off rotation.

Working arrangements

• Two weeks on duty followed by two weeks off.
• Live-in accommodation and meals are provided during working rotations.
• International travel is essential; occasional advance travel and extended stays may be required.
