Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or related field. 5-8 years of manufacturing experience in FMCG, pharmaceutical, or similar industries. Minimum 3 years of leadership or management experience. Experience with Integrated Work Systems (IWS), Daily Management Systems (DMS), or similar continuous improvement methodologies preferred.
