We’re seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Unit Manager to lead and oversee the performance, growth, and operations of a key business unit.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing business strategies, managing cross-functional teams, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring the achievement of financial and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business unit strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams to achieve operational and financial targets.
- Monitor business performance, analyze key metrics, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation within the business unit.
- Drive operational excellence by improving processes, productivity, and efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to support strategic planning and business development initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business management, operations management, or a leadership role.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in strategic planning and business development is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business reporting tools.
