We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Unit Manager to lead and grow a dedicated business unit within our organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving business performance, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring the achievement of revenue, growth, and operational targets.
You will play a key leadership role in shaping strategy, improving efficiency, and delivering strong business outcomes aligned with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall performance of the business unit
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve growth targets
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance
- Manage and mentor team leaders and cross-functional staff
- Identify new business opportunities and market expansion strategies
- Monitor KPIs and ensure operational efficiency
- Collaborate with senior leadership on company-wide initiatives
- Drive process improvements and organizational effectiveness
- Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality standards are met
- Prepare performance reports and present updates to executive management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business management or leadership roles
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills
- Proven experience managing teams and business operations
- Excellent financial and analytical skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results
- Experience in scaling teams or business units is highly preferred
