Gulf Link Properties is a private family office engaged in the buying, selling, and leasing of self-owned properties.
Role Description
The company requires someone knowledgable in both real estate and property management as well as business establishment and structural transformation. The ideal candidate will require to structure the family office in an efficient manner based on best practices and industry standards, establishing and implementing standard operating procedures as well as structural softwares such as HR, automated payroll and accounting, and property management. This role is temporary in establishing and implementing these changes.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Business Transformation and Real Estate in the UAE
- Skilled in Program Management, Business Structure and Implementation
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating workflows, processes, and outcomes
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams effectively
- Experience in change management and process improvement methodologies
- Proven ability to manage projects and deliver results within timelines
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
