Role Overview
The Business Systems Manager owns the systems and processes that support the growing business.
This is a hands-on role focused on improving business operations, with Salesforce at the center of the systems environment.
The role works with partners, finance, compliance, and client-facing teams to simplify, automate, and control processes.
Responsibilities
- Own and develop Salesforce data structures, flows, permissions, reports, and dashboards.
- Automate workflows across onboarding, engagement setup, invoicing, renewals, and internal reporting.
- Integrate Salesforce with QuickBooks and other finance, pricing, and operational systems.
- Maintain the service and pricing catalogue for proposals, billing, and management reporting.
- Improve data quality and manage data migrations and legacy data cleanup.
- Produce management reporting for pipeline, work in progress, receivables, renewals, and operational KPIs.
- Document systems and processes and train colleagues on new processes and systems.
- Manage the external IT provider and coordinate day-to-day IT requirements.
- Oversee software licenses, user access, and technology spend.
- Support access control, business continuity, and data protection requirements across DIFC and ADGM operations.
- Identify automation opportunities and continuously improve business operations.
What We Are Looking For
- The employer is looking for someone practical, organized, and comfortable taking ownership.
- The preferred experience profile is 4–8 years in business systems, CRM, IT operations, business operations, or a similar role.
- Strong hands-on Salesforce experience and Salesforce Administrator certification are preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce flows, data models, permissions, reporting, and dashboards is preferred.
- Experience integrating CRM systems with accounting or ERP platforms is preferred.
- Experience with data migrations, data cleanup, legacy data, process documentation, and outsourced IT providers is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional stakeholder skills are preferred.
- Professional services, corporate services, financial services, legal, accounting, or consulting experience would be useful.
