The role combines administration, integrations monitoring, user support, data reconciliation, reporting, testing, and operational follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Administer Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Service Cloud, including users, roles, permissions, and approved settings.
- Update HTML and front-end content across Salesforce Commerce Cloud and other e-commerce platforms; support product, content, promotion, and campaign configuration.
- Monitor integrations, scheduled jobs, APIs, synchronization processes, and failed transactions; investigate issues and coordinate resolution.
- Support business users with Salesforce and connected-system requests.
- Reconcile business data and investigate discrepancies across customers, products, orders, inventory, transactions, and promotions.
- Create Salesforce reports and dashboards and support BI reporting; translate business needs into validated metrics and reports.
- Support user acceptance and regression testing, operational validation, and post-release checks.
- Maintain documentation and user guides; support adoption and basic training.
Candidate profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2–4 years in Salesforce administration, CRM operations, systems support, business systems analysis, or a similar role.
- Hands-on Salesforce Service Cloud and e-commerce platform experience, such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, Magento, or similar, is required.
- Experience supporting integrations, APIs, data flows, synchronization issues, and integration errors; development-level expertise is not required.
- Experience creating Salesforce reports and dashboards and using Tableau or another BI platform.
- Experience with data reconciliation, data quality, recurring reporting, HTML/CSS/JS, Excel, and data manipulation.
- Basic SQL knowledge is an advantage; Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred.
- NetSuite, retail POS, broader e-commerce, and retail, beauty, consumer, or direct-to-consumer experience are desirable or advantageous.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and follow-up skills.
Technical skills
- Required hands-on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript expertise.
- Relevant experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and an e-commerce platform.
- Tableau or another BI platform experience; basic SQL is advantageous.
