Overview
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Business Setup Executive to join our company.
The successful candidate will assist clients with company formation, trade license applications, visa processing and other business setup requirements in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with company formation and business setup processes.
- Provide guidance on trade licenses, visas and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with government authorities and free zones.
- Prepare and process required documentation.
- Follow up with clients regarding application status and requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements
- Experience in UAE business setup, company formation or related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of UAE government procedures and licensing requirements.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- English proficiency required; Arabic is an advantage.
