Job Description:

● Expertise in UAE Business Setup: In-depth knowledge of intricacies of setting up a business in the UAE is preferred

● Manage incoming leads and conduct meetings in person and online with potential clients to fully understand their business needs and present the appropriate setup/expansion plan

● Identify new business opportunities - including new clients, markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services

● Present tailored recommendations to leads based on their business activities, requirements and market opportunities

● Assess and prepare all required documentation for the business setup process

● Manage client portfolio to ensure high customer satisfaction and promote referrals

● Maintain the CRM and all internal systems updated

● Be aware of changes to government policies, regulations, processes, etc., and anything that may affect the efficiency of the setup process

● Apply client knowledge and opportunity management to craft high impact solutions for clients

● Liaise with the client to keep them informed of the status and progress of their application, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish

● Attend networking events to promote our services

● Manage partner relationships to ensure client satisfaction

● Prepare and present monthly sales reports

● Share insights with the marketing team to improve performance and enhance the lead quality

● Devise strategies and propose promotions and initiatives to drive the sales process.

● Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

Requirements:

● Experienced in the same field or Minimum 1 year of experience in the sales background (service sectors, telecom, banking & finance)

● Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.

● Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.

● Experience in customer relationship management.

● Experience managing and directing a sales team.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Dedication to providing great customer service.
