Business Setup Consultants advise entrepreneurs, investors, HNIs, and international clients establishing or expanding businesses in the UAE.
Experienced candidates may provide strategic advice on Mainland, Freezone, and DIFC structures, including corporate and family wealth structuring.

Responsibilities
- Advise clients on UAE setup options, including Mainland, Freezones, and DIFC.
- Recommend jurisdictions, business activities, and ownership structures based on client requirements.
- Guide clients through company formation, licensing, regulatory requirements, and documentation.
- Coordinate corporate banking, KYC/AML, tax, and compliance needs.
- Manage company formation processes with PRO, compliance, banking, and tax teams.
- Build client relationships, generate business through consultative selling, and achieve sales targets.
- Identify opportunities for accounting, tax, audit, banking, and office services.
Candidate profile
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome; willingness to learn the industry is sought for fresher candidates.
- 2–3+ years of UAE business setup consultancy experience is preferred for experienced candidates.
- Experienced candidates should have knowledge of Mainland and Freezone formation, DIFC structures, regulations, activities, and licensing.
- Knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax, compliance, HNI and international client management, and cross-border structuring is sought for experienced candidates.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, interest in sales and consulting, and a target-oriented, positive approach.
- Arabic and/or French are advantageous; Russian is also considered an advantage.
