Advise entrepreneurs, investors, HNIs, and international clients seeking to establish or expand businesses in the UAE.
For experienced candidates, the role includes strategic advisory on Mainland, Freezone, and DIFC structures, including corporate and family wealth structuring.

Key responsibilities
- Advise clients on UAE Mainland, Freezone, and DIFC setup options; recommend suitable jurisdictions, business activities, and ownership structures.
- Guide clients through company formation, licensing, regulatory requirements, and documentation.
- Support coordination of corporate banking, KYC/AML requirements, tax, and compliance.
- Manage formation processes with PRO, compliance, banking, and tax teams.
- Build client relationships, generate business through consultative selling, achieve sales targets, and identify opportunities for additional services.
Experience and knowledge
- UAE business setup consultancy experience of 2–3+ years is preferred for experienced candidates.
- Relevant knowledge includes UAE Mainland and Freezone formation, DIFC structures and regulations, licensing, Corporate Tax and compliance, HNI and international client management, and cross-border structuring.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply and should have an interest in sales and business consulting and a willingness to learn.
Candidate skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and professional manner.
- Target-oriented and positive attitude.
- Arabic and/or French are advantageous; Russian is also an advantage.
