  • We are expanding and seeking a high-caliber Business Set-Up Consultant (French Speaker) with strong advisory and commercial capabilities.

Role Overview

You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through strategic company formation and structuring decisions in the UAE.

Beyond licensing, this role requires understanding banking expectations, compliance sensitivity, and the needs of high-value entrepreneurial and investment clients.

You will own your client portfolio and pipeline and be accountable for revenue generation and long-term relationship development.

Strategic Advisory

  • Advise on optimal structures (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore)
  • Assess business models and recommend efficient legal and operational frameworks
  • Understand and anticipate banking requirements for account opening
  • Provide clarity on regulatory, compliance and governance matters

Banking & Investor Coordination

  • Guide clients through UAE bank onboarding processes
  • Align corporate structures with banking and compliance expectations
  • Liaise with internal compliance teams to ensure smooth KYC and documentation

End-To-End Company Formation Oversight

  • Manage trade license applications, government approvals and visa processing
  • Coordinate with DED, Free Zone Authorities and other entities
  • Ensure seamless collaboration with operations, compliance and accounting teams

Commercial And Portfolio Management

  • Manage your own pipeline within CRM
  • Convert qualified leads into signed engagements
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Upsell complementary services (accounting, tax, compliance, advisory
  • About you
  • 3+ years experience in UAE company formation, corporate advisory, banking or family office environment
  • Exposure to:
  • Private banking / corporate banking onboarding
  • Family office structures or investment vehicles
  • High-value entrepreneurial clients
  • Proven track record in deal closing and revenue generation
  • Strong knowledge of UAE corporate structures and regulatory environment
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Commercially sharp, structured and disciplined
  • Comfortable managing demanding clients and high-value portfolios

  • Experience dealing with HNWI, investors or family offices
  • Understanding of cross-border structuring considerations
  • Strong awareness of compliance and banking sensitivities in the UAE
