Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, client-facing Business Consultant to join our Business Consultancy & Market Entry division.

This role is responsible for advising clients on company formation and market entry in Qatar, while actively generating and converting new business leads.

The ideal candidate combines strong consulting skills with a proactive, sales-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on business setup, company formation, and market entry pathways in Qatar (QFC, MOCI, and free zone routes)
  • Generate new business through outreach, referrals, networking, and active pipeline management
  • Manage the end-to-end client journey — from first inquiry through proposal, onboarding, and delivery
  • Liaise with PRO, legal, and government entities to support client registration and licensing processes
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and consultancy agreements
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and deal status in the CRM/pipeline tracker
  • Represent Simplix at client meetings, networking events, and partner engagements
  • Collaborate with internal teams (HR & Outsourcing, IT Distribution, AI & Digital Transformation) to identify cross-selling opportunities

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in business consulting, market entry advisory, or corporate services
  • Strong working knowledge of Qatar's business setup landscape — free zones, licensing, WLL/LLC structures
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal; Arabic is an advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to independently generate and close leads
  • Confident, professional presence suited to client-facing and government-facing interactions
  • Qatar residency or a transferable visa preferred
  • Immediate joiners preferred
