This is a part-time, on-site Business Risk Manager role based in Dubai.
The Business Risk Manager will identify, assess, and monitor operational, financial, and strategic risks across construction and commercial interior projects.
Responsibilities
include developing and maintaining a risk management framework, conducting regular risk assessments, and preparing risk reports and recommendations for leadership.
The role involves reviewing contracts, project plans, and financial data to ensure compliance with internal policies, local regulations, and industry standards.
The Business Risk Manager will collaborate with project managers, finance, and senior leadership to implement risk controls, support decision-making, and promote a strong risk-aware culture.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Finance and experience within Financial Services or project-based financial environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in Enterprise Risk Management and risk governance practices.
- Proficiency in Regulatory Compliance, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant laws, guidelines, and industry standards.
- Advanced Analytical Skills, including data analysis, risk modeling, and preparation of clear, actionable reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., FRM, CFA, CRM, PMP) are an advantage.
- Experience in construction, real estate, or infrastructure sectors is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge and influence constructively.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple priorities, and operate with integrity and confidentiality.
