About This Role

As a Business Relationship Manager , will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will serve as a bridge between our technology experts and our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that our solutions align with their business objectives. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about data analytics, AI technology, and thrive in a client-facing role.

Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
  • Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and industry trends.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.

Needs Assessment:

  • Collaborate with clients to identify their specific data analytics and AI technology needs.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of client requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.

Solution Presentation:

  • Work closely with our technology and data science teams to design tailored solutions.
  • Present solutions to clients in a clear and compelling manner, highlighting the value proposition.

Account Growth:

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or products.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention by addressing any issues promptly.

Market Intelligence:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors' offerings.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the company's leadership based on market intelligence.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to align strategies and deliver exceptional service.
  • Participate in the development of marketing materials and strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the technology or data analytics industry.
  • Good understanding of data analytics and AI technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Results-driven with a focus on exceeding client expectations.
  • Familiarity with the business landscape in Abu Dhabi and the UAE is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic language.
