As a Business Relationship Manager , will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will serve as a bridge between our technology experts and our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that our solutions align with their business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
- Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and industry trends.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
Needs Assessment:
- Collaborate with clients to identify their specific data analytics and AI technology needs.
- Conduct thorough assessments of client requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
Solution Presentation:
- Work closely with our technology and data science teams to design tailored solutions.
- Present solutions to clients in a clear and compelling manner, highlighting the value proposition.
Account Growth:
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or products.
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention by addressing any issues promptly.
Market Intelligence:
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors' offerings.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the company's leadership based on market intelligence.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to align strategies and deliver exceptional service.
- Participate in the development of marketing materials and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the technology or data analytics industry.
- Good understanding of data analytics and AI technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Results-driven with a focus on exceeding client expectations.
- Familiarity with the business landscape in Abu Dhabi and the UAE is a plus.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language.
