Role Overview
Support senior Digital Banking leadership in strategic Digital, AI, and Transformation initiatives across the Consumer Banking Group.
Act as a centralized program management lead, driving planning, governance, stakeholder management, execution tracking, and delivery of complex digital banking programs.
Coordinate multiple workstreams across business, technology, operations, architecture, risk, and compliance.
The ideal candidate can independently drive Digital Banking and AI transformation programs end to end and provide governance support to senior leadership.

Role overview

Education and certification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- PMP certification is mandatory.
- Master's degree is preferred.
- Agile/Scrum certification is preferred; Program Management or Change Management certification is advantageous.
Experience and qualifications
- 15+ years of overall experience in Program Management, Transformation, Digital Banking, or Enterprise Change Management.
- At least 10 years managing large-scale cross-functional projects in corporate or banking environments.
- Proven delivery of end-to-end digital transformation programs.
- Strong stakeholder management with senior leadership and executive levels.
- Experience managing Digital Banking, AI, Automation, Data, or Technology transformation initiatives.
- Experience working in Agile and Hybrid delivery environments.
