Role overview

Responsibilities

• Review and map processes with operational teams, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Apply process mapping, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methods to design workflows and implement measurable changes.
• Gather business requirements, understand operational challenges, and challenge existing practices to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Analyse operational information, monitor KPIs, identify trends, and assess process effectiveness to support business decisions.
• Work with systems and data teams on governance and reliable information; identify workflow improvements through systems changes and automation.
• Support change management and user acceptance testing, develop process documentation, and help embed new ways of working.

What they are looking for

• Strong background in process mapping, continuous improvement, and business transformation.
• Experience working across operational environments and engaging stakeholders to deliver practical, measurable improvements.
• Strong process mapping and modelling capabilities, with understanding of methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Comfort conducting root cause analysis, reviewing performance, and using data and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including challenging established practices, influencing decisions, and supporting change.
• Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio, draw.io, or similar, and understanding of process governance, systems improvement, and change management.
