Role overview

Process analysis and improvement

• Review and map processes with operational teams, identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Use process mapping, root cause analysis and continuous improvement methods to design better workflows and implement measurable changes.
• Gather business requirements, understand operational challenges and challenge existing practices to improve efficiency and consistency.

Data, systems and change

• Analyse operational information, monitor KPIs and use trends to assess process effectiveness and inform business decisions.
• Work with systems and data teams on governance and reliable information, and identify systems improvements and automation opportunities.
• Support user acceptance testing, develop process documentation and engage stakeholders to help embed new ways of working.

Experience and skills

• A strong background in process mapping, continuous improvement and business transformation is sought.
• Process mapping and modelling capabilities and understanding of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies are requested.
• The candidate should be comfortable with root cause analysis, operational performance review, data and KPIs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are essential, including challenging established practices and supporting change.
• Experience with Visio, draw.io or similar process mapping tools and understanding of governance, systems improvement and change management are requested.
