Business Ops System Analyst 1

Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Create and update items, bills of materials, option classes, structures, rules, and user interfaces in Oracle EBS and future Oracle CPQ Cloud systems.
• Create and maintain configuration rules, including logic, numeric, and constraint rules, according to business needs.
• Write and maintain Java extension rules for customizations in Oracle Configurator Developer.
• Publish configurator models and test and validate functionality and integrations afterward.
• Manage integrations between the configurator, Oracle Quoting, Order Management, iStore, and external systems.
• Work with senior team members, business analysts, product lifecycle management, quoting, sales, and order management teams to provide end-to-end support.
• Work with the pricing team to troubleshoot issues.
• Create and maintain business requirements and configurator model update and maintenance documentation.
• Support other tasks assigned by the commercial operations team.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A B.Tech or BE degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
• Excellent Java programming skills are required.
• Excellent SQL and PL/SQL programming skills are required.
• Basic knowledge of CPQ processes is required.
• Knowledge of relational database concepts is required.
• Knowledge of supply chain management, pricing, quoting, and order management basics is required.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, macros, and PowerPoint, are required.
• A strong analytical mindset and analytical skills are required.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and enterprise architecture is required.
