Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Office Manager based in Dubai.
The Business Office Manager will oversee daily office operations, manage administrative tasks, coordinate office workflow, and ensure the efficient functioning of the office environment.
Responsibilities
include working with office equipment, liaising with clients to provide excellent customer service, supervising administrative support staff, and maintaining office compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Office Administration and Administrative Assistance
- Proficiency in managing and maintaining Office Equipment
- Strong Communication skills to interact with team members, clients, and external parties effectively
- Expertise in delivering excellent Customer Service to maintain professional relationships with clients
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple priorities efficiently
- Proficiency with productivity tools such as MS Office Suite
- Previous experience in a management or office administration role is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
