Business Lead

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Head to lead and own the end-to-end P&L responsibility for the organization/unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospital and healthcare industry , with proven expertise in driving revenue growth, operational efficiency, and profitability while ensuring high standards of patient care and clinical excellence.

Own complete P&L responsibility — revenue, cost management, EBITDA, and profitability targets

Develop and execute business strategy aligned with organizational growth objectives

Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

Monitor key financial metrics and take corrective action to meet business targets

Identify new growth opportunities — service line expansion, new centers/facilities, partnerships

Drive patient volume growth, payer mix optimization, and revenue diversification

Build and strengthen relationships with referring doctors, corporate tie-ups, insurance providers, and TPAs

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and healthcare industry developments

Oversee day-to-day hospital/healthcare operations across departments (clinical, non-clinical, support services)

Ensure operational efficiency, cost optimization, and resource utilization

Drive process improvements to enhance patient experience and service delivery

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards (NABH/JCI), and quality protocols

Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams (clinical operations, medical staff coordination, finance, marketing, HR)

Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and patient-centric outcomes

Collaborate closely with medical directors, department heads, and clinical leadership

Act as key liaison with the Board/Leadership team on business performance

Manage relationships with vendors, government bodies, insurance companies, and healthcare partners

Represent the organization in industry forums, conferences, and strategic partnerships

Prior experience in oncology, multi-specialty hospitals, diagnostic chains, or healthcare delivery networks

Experience managing multi-location/multi-unit operations is a plus
