• Develop holistic reporting solutions for PME using Microsoft Power BI, including data cleaning and preparation (Power Query), and the creation and maintenance of visually insightful dashboards and reports for decision-making.
• Perform data consolidation, modelling, and integration across multiple systems and sources, building unified reporting platforms, developing models for reporting, predictive analysis and simulations, and maintaining a comprehensive data dictionary.
• Gather, validate, and document reporting requirements by collaborating with PME and PAG stakeholders, ensuring accurate capture of data needs and translating business KPIs into structured data use cases.
• Ensure data quality and optimization by implementing automated data quality checks (including AI-based solutions), improving data pipeline efficiency and performance, and supporting data governance and user management.
• Maintain clear documentation of development processes, data models, and reporting specifications, while providing end-user training and support for reporting solutions.

• Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or other relevant field of education.
• Initial experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence, including internships, academic projects, or relevant coursework.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft Power BI, with experience in building dashboards and data visualisations.
• Foundational understanding of data modelling, data structures, and reporting concepts, with basic knowledge of SQL or similar data tools; exposure to Python is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with curiosity to explore data and derive insights.
• High attention to detail with strong focus on data accuracy, along with the ability to structure and present information clearly in visual and verbal formats.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently, manage priorities, and engage effectively with stakeholders in a collaborative environment.
