Lead the organization's business intelligence and analytics initiatives by transforming data into strategic insights that drive business performance and growth.
Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of reporting frameworks, dashboards, and data visualization solutions that support decision-making across multiple business functions.
Manage data analysis activities to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and key performance drivers.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements, establish reporting standards, and ensure the delivery of accurate, timely, and actionable insights.
Drive data governance, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives while fostering a data-driven culture that supports operational excellence and long-term organizational success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail. Advanced knowledge of business intelligence methodologies, data analysis, reporting frameworks, data visualization tools, and performance measurement practices. Proficiency in SQL, database management, data modeling, and analytics platforms. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complex data into business strategies and actionable recommendations. Strong leadership and team management capabilities with experience coordinating cross-functional projects and initiatives. Ability to manage multiple priorities, drive organizational change, and support enterprise-wide decision-making. Knowledge of data governance, predictive analytics, data warehousing, and business performance management principles is highly advantageous.
