Lead business analysis initiatives to support strategic planning, operational improvement, and organizational growth.
Oversee the identification, evaluation, and documentation of business requirements while ensuring alignment between business objectives and operational solutions.
Analyze business processes, performance metrics, and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive process improvement, business transformation, and strategic projects.
Develop reporting frameworks, monitor key performance indicators, and provide data-driven recommendations that support informed decision-making, operational efficiency, and long-term business success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail. Advanced knowledge of business process analysis, requirements management, performance measurement, and business improvement methodologies. Proficiency in reporting tools, data analysis platforms, and business intelligence solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decision-making across multiple levels of the organization. Strong organizational and project management capabilities with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously. Knowledge of business transformation, process optimization, change management, and data-driven decision-making practices is highly advantageous.
