Business Intelligence Analyst

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Manage quota workbooks and support sales incentive plan execution.
• Conduct proactive analytics and enhance commercial reporting solutions and dashboards.
• Analyze complex datasets and develop actionable insights for business growth.
• Build and maintain business intelligence solutions.
• Support sales compensation programs and regional quota management.
• Improve commercial processes to reduce administrative burden, strengthen pipeline management, and support faster data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of business intelligence, sales operations, or similar experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a business or analytical field, such as business administration or information systems.
• Knowledge of sales compensation processes, incentive plan design, and quota management.
• Advanced Excel, SQL, and data visualization skills, using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Proficiency in project management and process improvement, attention to detail, and commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong communication skills and experience presenting to and partnering with senior leadership.

Desired qualifications

• Relevant business intelligence, data analytics, Power BI, database management, or similar certification is a plus.
• A master's degree in a business or analytical field is desirable.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM system is desirable.

Schedule

• Standard Monday-to-Friday work schedule.

Location

• Position can be based remotely in the United Kingdom or remotely in Lithuania.
