Role overview

What you will do

• Analyze operational data, identify anomalies, and recommend accruals or reversals for accurate reporting.
• Improve recurring analyses and reports; support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts and budgets, including MBR, QBR, and AOP.
• Build dashboards and presentations by mining data from multiple systems.
• Partner with business stakeholders on decision-support assumptions and conduct ad hoc analysis.
• Analyze product and service profitability and P&L drivers, including manufacturing and SIOP; identify risks and opportunities.
• Maintain forecast models for revenue, product launches, pricing, operating expenses, and CAPEX.
• Adopt systems and tools to improve analytics capability and accuracy.

Requirements and skills

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA with 2–3 years of prior FP&A experience.
• Proficient with systems such as SAP, Hyperion, Hyperion Planning, Power BI, Cognos, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Effective written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and ability to deliver high-quality work under deadlines.
• Good understanding of business processes, operations, and financial controls; able to recommend mitigation for control weaknesses.
