Business Intelligence Analyst

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Manage quota workbooks and support sales incentive plan execution.
• Provide proactive analytics and enhance commercial reporting solutions and dashboards.
• Analyze complex data, build and maintain business intelligence solutions, and develop actionable insights.
• Support sales compensation programs and improve regional quota management.
• Reduce administrative burden on sales, strengthen pipeline management, and enable faster data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of business intelligence, sales operations, or similar experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a business or analytical field, such as business administration or information systems.
• Knowledge of sales compensation processes, incentive plan design, and quota management.
• Advanced Excel, SQL, and data visualization skills, using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Strong project management, process improvement, attention to detail, and commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong communication skills and experience presenting to and partnering with senior leadership.

Desired qualifications

• A master's degree in a business or analytical field is desired.
• Salesforce.com or similar CRM experience is desired.
• Relevant certifications in data analytics, Power BI, or database management are a plus.

Work schedule

• Standard Monday-to-Friday schedule.

Location and workplace

• The position can be based remotely in the United Kingdom or remotely in Lithuania.
