About The Role
Al Khayyat Investments (AKI) is seeking a dynamic Business Development Specialist – Luxury Residential Projects to join our premium Fitness Division.
This strategic role is dedicated to expanding our presence within luxury developments, high-end residential builds, and bespoke private estates.
What You Will Do (The Strategic Mission)
- **Specification Leadership**
- : Partner directly with Tier-1 interior design firms, high-end fit-out contractors, and luxury residential developers to get our premium fitness and wellness brands specified into project blueprints early.
- **Relationship Infrastructure**
- : Nurture and scale a robust, reliable network across country, design and construction landscape, positioning AKI as the premier consultative partner for custom home wellness spaces.
- **Pipeline Management**
- : Track premium residential project lifecycles from inception and design consultation through to final supply, commercial negotiation, and installation.
What We Are Looking For
- **Experience**
- : 3+ years of proven success in project-based sales, key account management, or specification sales.
- **Domain Knowledg**
- e: Background within luxury building materials, high-end lighting, home automation, premium furniture, or luxury fit-out channels is highly valued.
- **The Network**
- : Ready-to-go, warm relationships with developers, contractors, and prominent interior design firms active in premium residential projects across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
- **Mindset**
- : A consultative, highly mobile relationship-builder who understands how to interpret architectural timelines and design concepts.
