About The Role
We are a fast‑growing real estate company looking for a **Business Development & Sales Executive** who can attend client meetings, secure new projects, and build strong business relationships.
This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, real estate experience, and a passion for generating new business.
The position is **commission‑based**, offering high earning potential for top performers.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend client meetings and present company services professionally
- Identify and secure new real estate projects (off‑plan, ready properties, rentals, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, landlords, and investors
- Generate new business opportunities through networking and market research
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to support project promotions
- Prepare proposals, follow up with clients, and close deals
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate trends and market opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum **1–3 years of experience** in real estate or business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to attend meetings, pitch services, and close deals
- Self‑driven, target‑oriented, and confident in generating new business
- UAE real estate experience is a strong advantage
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred
