We’re looking for a confident, organized, and friendly individual to be the face of our company and support our administrative operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
- Purchase office supplies and equipment
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Support HR team with government documentation process.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining records
- Ensure a clean, professional, and welcoming office environment
Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of discretion and professionalism
Qualifications
- Minimum 01 years of relevant experience preferred in UAE
