Business Development Representative
About This Role
We’re hiring a driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Ahlan Dubai, a media and marketing company working across influencer marketing, content creation, and PR campaigns.
This role is focused on bringing in new business and closing deals with brands, developers, and businesses in the UAE.
Role Overview
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Reach out to potential clients and build strong relationships
* Pitch our services (influencer marketing, content, PR)
* Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
* Work closely with the team to execute campaigns
Requirements
* Minimum 1+ year of sales experience (UAE experience preferred)
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Comfortable speaking with decision-makers and handling client meetings
* Proven ability to work with targets and drive results
* Self-motivated and proactive

Compensation
* Salary: AED 2,000 – 3,000 per month
* Commission: Attractive performance-based commission structure

Dubai (on-site / client-facing role)
