The role focuses on market development, negotiation, and turning relationships into sustainable business results.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and potential revenue streams.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and key decision-makers.
- Research market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities across relevant industries.
- Develop business proposals, partnership strategies, and commercial presentations.
- Lead negotiations and coordinate partnership agreements.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and management teams on growth initiatives.
- Monitor partnership performance, pipeline progress, and business development targets.
- Represent the organization in business meetings, networking events, and industry discussions when required.
Qualifications
- Three or more years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, sales, or commercial management is preferred.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and develop commercially valuable partnerships.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of market research, business strategy, and revenue development.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, business reporting, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience in the UAE or wider GCC market is an advantage.
